Publish your job ad and receive applications

The tool allows you to enter one or more job positions open in the company. Intranet users can apply to open positions independently, choosing whether to automatically notify their boss or to send their CV in a silent manner.

The employee in charge of the position publications has access to administrative interface in which they have to specify:

  • Title and a short description of the advertised position
  • The hiring Department
  • Required skills

Users can express their interest to the position posted on the intranet and attach their updated CV.

Evaluate the applications, approve and publish any allocation

For each person that applies to one of the open positions, you will receive an e-mail message with the CV attached, so you can turn it to the department of interest and proceed with the candidate assessment.

The evaluation process can be concluded in different ways:

  • you can close the position and publish the name of the chosen candidate
  • you can close the position and report that an external candidate will be sought
  • you can close the position without further notice
