The intranet was implemented on the premise of putting the user at the center of everything:

  • home page can be customized at will, like a real private desk surface which includes all the utilities user's interest
  • there are widgets which enable you to access your email, your calendar, your tasks
  • news is based on a department or country level
  • each country has its own team site and the user has a specific view on his team's documents and events site directly on the home page

Search engine was personalized, in order to retrieve results of on-premise and cloud contents, while always maintaining the same graphic style.
Corporate people directory, organization chart and all the major operational features have been integrated to enable simple process of trip, travel expenses and order approvals.
Operation via PC and Tablet, single sign-on access from the portal to Office 365, user access and behavior monitoring have been enabled and guaranteed.
