The project was implemented taking full advantage of the modern SharePoint UI
Online and the rest of the collaboration features that are
offered by Office 365 groups. The use of
Planner for managing project activities, OneNote for minutes
of meeting and the shared mail for archiving the correspondence
with suppliers and customers.
The application has been equipped with wizards for the new project creation, a dashboard for viewing ongoing projects and their PMs, a customized approval workflow and an automatic system for generation of approved PDF files.

documents, thus completing migration process from the file system to SharePoint that had been running for several months.
Leveraging search capabilities, end users can now find project documentation
more easily and, thanks to the Office 365 collaboration features, to share it
with customers and suppliers.
