A chatbot answers predefined questions. An AI agent has access to tools: it can retrieve data from SharePoint, open tickets in Dataverse, check order status, send notifications on Teams. It acts, not just responds. Our agents are built on Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI Service, natively integrated with the Microsoft platform.
Does company data stay within the Microsoft tenant? +
Yes, for all solutions based on Azure OpenAI Service. Data is processed within the client's Azure tenant — it is never used to train Microsoft models and never leaves the company's controlled environment. For solutions using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, we analyse data flows together and apply appropriate anonymisation measures.
How long does it take to implement an operational agent on Teams? +
A basic agent answering questions about SharePoint documentation can go live in 2–3 weeks. A full operational agent with Dataverse access, ticket management and ERP integration typically takes 4–8 weeks. Timelines depend primarily on the quality and structure of existing company data.
What is the LLM Wiki and how does it differ from classic RAG? +
Classic RAG retrieves relevant documents and passes them to the model on every query — the model 'discovers' the information each time. The LLM Wiki instead builds a persistent knowledge base: each processed document structurally enriches the wiki, updating cross-references and summaries. The result is a system that accumulates organisational knowledge over time instead of starting from zero each session.
