The monthly report covers: licence usage by user, storage consumption trends, external sharing anomalies, Entra ID health (admin accounts, MFA compliance, risky sign-ins), Microsoft Secure Score change vs previous month, and a list of recommended actions with priorities. Designed to be read by an IT manager or CTO in under 15 minutes.
What response time SLAs do you offer? +
Our standard SLA is 4 business hours for Tier 1 issues (user access problems, password resets, basic configuration questions) and 8 business hours for Tier 2 issues (service interruptions, security incidents, complex configurations). We also offer a priority SLA with 1-hour response for Tier 1 for organisations where Microsoft 365 availability is business-critical.
How do you handle security incidents? +
When our monitoring detects a security anomaly — a suspicious sign-in, a mass download, an account compromise indicator — we alert the client immediately and begin investigation.
