Overview
This policy describes how Dev4Side Software and intranet.ai use Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) to manage your identity and access to our applications. By logging into our systems, you acknowledge the collection of specific data required for security and authentication.
Data We Collect
To secure your account and verify your identity, our Identity Provider (Entra ID) automatically collects:
- Identity Data: Your name, email address, user principal name (UPN), and phone number (if used for MFA).
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device trust status (e.g., is your laptop compliant with our policies?).
- Usage Logs: Dates and times of your sign-ins, the applications you access, and your location (city/country based on IP).
Why We Collect It
We don't collect this to spy on you; we do it to keep hackers out. Specifically:
- Authentication: Proving you are who you say you are.
- Security: Detecting suspicious logins (e.g., if you log in from London and Tokyo within 5 minutes).
Data Sharing
We utilize Microsoft Corporation as our identity provider. Data is processed on Microsoft servers. Microsoft is contractually bound to protect your data and does not use it for advertising purposes.
